Shipping Policy

We ship via United States Postal Service or by UPS if you request this. For UPS rates, please email us at kathleensdream@centurytel.net. Delivery Dates are quoted in business days, Saturday and Sunday’s are not included.

Kathleen’s Dream does not ship to any worldwide destination.

Due to the nature of our product, occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time of ordering, or will be shipped directly from Ireland or Scotland. If that is the case, we will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated shipping time. All other merchandise is shipped out within 7-10 business days.

Your credit/debit card will be charged in full when your order is shipped. The exception to this rule applies to all orders containing personalized items, such as Christening gowns, custom embroidery, coat-of-arms, and orders from Ireland. Those orders will be charged in full when your order is PLACED. You’ll be notified by email the next business day after placing your order with an estimated shipping date. Most orders ship within 3-4 weeks. Orders from Ireland and Scotland may take longer due to the new shipping regulations imposed by Homeland Security effective October, 2005.

When placing orders for Coat-of-Arms, and other personalized items, be sure to specify your family name and other personalization in the spaces provided or on the “Order Confirmation” page. Also make sure to include a phone number and email address to reach you at for confirmation. Failure to do so will delay your order. Personalized items are shipped separately and may require 3-4 weeks to ship. Express Shipping is not available for these items.

Multiple Address Shipping:

If purchases need to be sent to multiple locations, the above charges will apply to each address. Charges for each address shipped to and include packing

Standard Delivery is 7-10 business days excluding personalized items and items drop shipped from Ireland and Scotland.
